Paxton House, near Berwick-upon-Tweed, is a beautiful 18th century country house overlooking the River Tweed.
We were asked to style the Dining Room and Hall to showcase the venue as a location for small weddings. This will be used for promotional material, and for the Paxton House website.
WHAT WE DID
We were able to make use of the dining table in the room, and opted for four further round tables, which we decorated with quality rich cream linens, and crystal accessories. Ivory chiavari chairs looked beautifully elegant around each table.
We then dressed the bases and tops of the candelabra with lavish arrangements of roses, in a soft colour palette to complement the room. A mass of roses in tones of pinks and apricot adorned the top table. We also created an eye-catching garland for the fireplace behind.
The room was finished off with elegant small details, including place settings of flowers, finished with a satin ribbon.
